The art project KITCHEN displays a psychological state of a modern woman subject to domestic violence.

"You cook in the kitchen while your life is torn to shreds ..."

The main object and a message of the art project is BREAD. By eating bread, we become part of holiness, become closer to the Creator, and become stronger in our faith.

"A bread baked by a woman is sacred and contains the share-fate of a family. The woman creates it together with Gods and Ancestors, baptizes many times, devotes to the Sun, the will of which it should contain. With rites, she puts it into a furnace, which is another "way of communication" with the world of ancestors. And having passed this fiery birth, it comes out sanctified by their blessing. The bread is served on pieces of craft cardboard because sometimes a woman wants to break the standards a society locks her in.

A kitchen is not a place where a modern Russian woman is locked and suffers, but a symbol of the birth of life, where the woman, who gives birth to children, keeps her home save.
